Muse _inked_

Last week I was thinking how I wasn't inspired much anymore. It was if I depended on someone else to give me ideas. So I began to think about all the people who inspired me, and it turns out most of them are black-clad long-haired boys who like metal/rock. I attempted to draw the combination of them all to be my muse. That pic didn't go so well. I plan on trying again.

Last night I got home, saw the unfinished pic of this muse (he looked like nothing more than an emotionless emo boy, yes, an oxymoron) and decided to attempt it again. I wrote down a list of things that characterized my usual male influences, then decided, hey, I have a range of pencils. I've seen people start off lightly, then draw new lines until they had the darkest lines being the ones they liked. I didn't use computer paper, but instead some cheap drawing pad. Sorry.

He'll improve. I was just wasting time before it was my usual sleeping-time. (I was ready for bed at 9:30, but usually lay in bed sleeplessly 'til 11.)

I don't reconize this style. It resembles other peoples'... He will definately be redone.
